Important information
Who is the tour suitable for?
You should be comfortable riding an e-bike on public roads and cycling for several hours. Wear suitable clothing and closed shoes, and bring water.
Cancellation policy
7 days or more: full refund.
3–6 days: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund.
A booking may be transferred free of charge when we are informed at least 24 hours beforehand and a suitable bike size is available.
Weather policy
The tour normally takes place in light rain. If the organisers decide that the conditions are unsafe, you may choose a full refund or transfer your booking to a new date. If you decide not to attend while the tour is taking place, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Minimum participation
A minimum number of participants is required. If the organisers cancel because the minimum is not reached, you may choose a full refund or transfer your booking to another date.
