How the membership works & benefit conditions
All plans include a fixed number of our €35 Basic Services for one registered bicycle during each paid membership period. Parts, consumables, larger repairs and other service packages are charged separately, with the listed discounts where applicable. Included services must be used within the current paid period and do not roll over into the next renewal period. Appointments by arrangement.
Subscriptions renew automatically every year or every six months, according to the selected billing option. Cancel before the next renewal; benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Benefits require an active, paid membership.
Storage is arranged and charged separately at the shop, subject to space and prior agreement. The 50% discount applies to the regular storage rate and cannot be combined with long-term offers or other discounts. Additional services are charged separately. Read the membership terms →
