Do you repair Fiido bikes that were purchased online?
Yes. We can inspect and repair Fiido e-bikes bought online or elsewhere. Warranty coverage and approval remain subject to Fiido's terms and confirmation.
Do you offer Fiido service outside Jávea?
Our workshop is in Jávea, but we welcome Fiido owners from Dénia, Moraira, Benissa, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante and elsewhere in Spain. Contact us before travelling with the bike.
Can I order a Fiido Titan, Fiido X or cargo bike?
