Important rental information

Please review these conditions before booking and bring a valid photo ID plus a card for the security deposit when collecting your bike.

Confirmed booking Your bike is reserved after the €20 online payment, which is deducted from the final rental price.
Full-day rentals A rental day runs during shop opening hours. We do not offer half-day or 24-hour rentals.
Cancellations & early returns Bookings are final. No refunds are available for cancellations, no-shows or unused rental time.
Returns Bikes must be returned during opening hours. Late returns may incur an additional charge.
Security deposit A card deposit is required and is refunded the next business day when the bike is returned in good condition.
Insurance Insurance is not included. The renter is responsible for the bike throughout the rental period.
