Refund and Returns Policy

📅 Booking & Payment

• Reservations: Book online, by phone, or in-store. Advance booking is recommended during busy periods.
• Payment: Full payment is required before rental. Cash and credit/debit cards accepted.
• ❌ Bank transfers are not accepted.
• Refunds: ❌ All bookings are final. No refunds for early returns, cancellations, or no-shows.

🕒 Rental Periods

• Opening Hours:
  Monday to Friday – 10:00 to 18:00
  Saturday – 10:00 to 13:00
  ❌ Closed Sundays
• Rental Options: Daily or multi-day only. ❌ No half-day rentals.
• Returns: During opening hours only. Late returns may incur extra charges.

🪪 ID & Age Requirements

• Valid photo ID required (passport, ID, or driver’s licence)
• Minimum age to rent: 18

💳 Security Deposit

• Card deposit required
• Refunded the next business day if bike is returned in good condition

🛠️ Bike Condition & Included Gear

• All bikes are cleaned and maintained before rental
• Included: Helmet, lock, repair kit, local ride advice
• ⚠️ You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

🚴 Safety & Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for the bike during rental
• Helmets are highly recommended (and may be required by law)
• Always follow traffic rules and ride safely
• In case of theft or accident, contact us and file a police report
• Stolen Bike Policy: If the bike is stolen during your rental period, you will be charged the full retail price of the bike for replacement. Always lock the bike securely and never leave it unattended.

🚫 Restrictions

• No off-road use unless using MTB or e-MTB
• Do not transport bikes by car without approval
• Bikes may not be sub-rented or shared
